What ChromaWell's tools do with your data
ChromaWell's converters, generators, and checkers run entirely in your browser. Any hex value, RGB input, or image you upload to the image color extractor is processed locally on your device — it is never transmitted to our servers, logged, or stored anywhere. Closing the tab clears it completely.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful, such as page views and referring pages. This does not include anything you type into a color tool.
Contact form and newsletter
If you submit the contact form, we use your name, email address, and message only to respond to you. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email address only to send that newsletter and its automated welcome message, through a single email-service provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.
Payments
Pro Palette Pack purchases and donations are processed by Stripe. ChromaWell does not receive or store your card number — Stripe handles payment details directly under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your purchase and provide support if something goes wrong.
